The 3rd of January, 2020 Ostovich was positive for Ostarine and GW1516 and was banned for eight month by USADA. The illegal component was discovered inside one of her supplements but was not indicated on the label. Gina Mazany fought Blaydes on ESPN on November 28th 2020. A body kick knocked Mazany out in the third round. Following three defeats consecutively, the UFC eliminated Ostovich out of the organization on December 7 on the 7th of December, 2020.
